of course it isn't right, but you just said that such societies DO exist. that being said, given that there is a danger in doing certain things, exposing yourself to a danger partly puts you at fault. you don't cross the street blindfolded or walk into a dark alley in an inner city at night because you value your safety and you don't want to put yourself in harm's way. but when it comes to women provoking men through actions and dress, when men are provoked into doing something stupid, for some reason we want to make exceptions to the rule.
DaGlide, that is quite possibly one of the funniest posts I have read on this BBS. (Despite the subject matter not being funny).
lol. Wow, that actually makes some kind of sense. That doesn't mean a woman deserves anything because she wants to go have a good time, of course. But seeing as how it all turned out, the above 'theory' may have been closer to the truth.
Yeah but think about this. When you make a choice to do or not to do something, how often do you consider the LAW. Dont you think you would do what YOU think is right? If theres someone who respects women, they would never do that no matter what the law says. On the other hand, someone who would do that WILL do it no matter what the law says. good post btw
In reply to Agent86's posts which i agree with, I leave you w/ this quote from Dave Chappelle: "You know sometimes you are out at the club with your boys and you see a woman and she looks good. She looks good but not in the classical sense. She's got half her ass hanging out skirt, t*tties all mashed together, popping out the top of her turtleneck and sh*t. So you go to talk to her but you've been hanging with your buddies and have got a couple drinks in you so it doesn't come out right. You're like "DAMN!!! Look at them t*tties". She interupts you and says, "Just because I am dressed this way does not make me a w****.". That's true fellas. Just because she is dressed that way doesn't make her a w****. But you must understand ladies, that is f*cking confusing. That would be like me, Dave Chappelle the comedian, going out in public in a cop uniform. People come up to him and they're like "Help me officer, we need you over here". Then I go "Wait a minute buddy, just because I am dressed this way does not make me a police officer". You see ladies, you may not be a w****, but you sure are wearing a w****'s uniform."
