John Wall is the ultimate finesser…he gets paid to shoot around a little bit at practice and give rookies work, and then he can chill with courtside seats on game day

Of all people to complain - this coming from the guy getting paid way more money than they should for just bullshit with Kenny, Shaq, and EJ while watching games. They may be former athletes, but they get things wrong every....single......episode. What type of valuable insights are we really getting from someone proven wrong on a nightly basis?

I'm actually in the minority who think it'd be better on all sides if he played tbh. KP would have less pressure and would learn more alongside Wall in game situations than making it up as he goes. Green, Sengun etc would all benefit from having a real starting quality NBA PG on the team. Wall would benefit by playing himself back into shape and (hopefully) drawing some interest from teams, even if was more about getting him at a cut-rate through buyout so he can play for a contender than sitting waiting for a trade that'll never happen and losing another season of playing time right when he needs to find a new home.

Nobody wants to say it but this did get 20+ Likes. :)

Yeah, I joked yesterday should we bring him back?

What the hell do you have to lose?

Yeah, I get it, “development” but you’re still playing Eric Gordon, Daniel Theis, David Nwaba, Danuel House, D.J. Augustin, Christian Wood.

“But what about injuries?! What if he gets hurt?!”

And? You’re already on the hook for his money. Still gotta pay him.

    “But then he becomes untradeable!”

You mean like he already is?

It really is like winning the lottery. Unfair world though! Might as well get used to it.

The biggest one that annoys me is the same people acting like 1. John Wall is garbage and 2. If he played he'd make us too good and we'd lose out on a top pick. Which one ****ing is it? Either he's good enough to make a scrub team of rookies more competitive (which he most probably is, but not enough to get us out of the lottery I don't think) or he's a scrub himself so what difference would it make if he plays? Hell, let him play 20-25 mins a game and even that would give our rookies a better chance than getting no actual development time whilst we wait for KP to figure out what to do.
