Maybe this doesn't belong in the D&D... It's a light conversation with Obama, talking about White Sox, Oregon State basketball (new head coach is Michelle Obama's brother), whether or not he's a Cub hater. The conversation is refreshing from all the political jabbing. One of the more interesting things he said was he wouldn't use too congressional time on steroids issue. He said he'd use his Attorney General to look into it instead. Obama jokingly said, when he becomes president he's going to get rid of the roof at Tropicana Field. He said the game between 7-1 vs. Stuart Scott and told M&M, "You can draw your own conclusion" He also said he's probably going to play a little ball before the election on Nov. 4.
Mike and Mike is slowly becoming my favorite sports radio show... Earlier this morning, Golic was telling a story about a guy that went into get a circumcision and came out without a penis. The doctor removed it and the man's suing now...They had Tim Kirkjian on during that time and Kurkjian says, "I have a circumcision story" and then knew he made a big mistake when he opened his mouth. Kirkjian then told his story. In HS when he was 15 he was doing a project in a group with 3 other girls and they got on the topic of circumcision and Kirkjian asked "What's that?" and the girl said "Stop joking around." He said, "No, seriously what is it?" and she said "I can't talk about it." So he goes home and looks it up. LOL. At their 20th HS reunion, he asked her "Remember when I asked you about circumcision?" OMG so hilarious I also love when they play the South Park "TIMMMMMY" sound bite when he's on. "TI-TI-TI-TI-TI-TIMMMMMMMMY!!!!!!"
He doesn't HATE hate the Cubs. He said he's not one of those die hard Cub haters like a lot of White Sox fans. He made a joke saying he might have to miss some meetings or whatever if the Cubs and White Sox met in the World Series.
I think they had McCain on earlier, or was that just Sportscenter...anyhow, yeah it is refreshing to hear the poo flinging politicians take a break from that stuff and chat sports.
