Did they even have teleprompters in 1991? Anyway, the guy has really improved. A true professional, nothing but net.
I think he had to become more folksy and less intellectual sounding to become a politician. The 'Merican public don't like them people who sound too smart. 'Mericans need politicians who talk down to their level.
