    You mean Bill Clinton, JFK, FDR, and Hillary Clinton? I think those are the commonly used names, none of which actually say the middle name. There were a lot of Roosevelts and Kennedys just like there were two Bushes, thus a middle initial was necessary to differentiate.

    But really? The Clintons? You go around saying "William Jefferson Clinton" when referring to Bill Clinton? You always say Rodham with Hillary?

    dubbya isn't used pejoratively though - even Republicans and Bush himself referred to himself that way.

    When people first started calling him that, it was actually a term of endearment.

    since when do people referring to Obama as "Barry" or "Hussein" ever connotates anything positive?

    Or maybe the same typical people are emotionally over reacting to the most insignificant thing, and then compound their idiocrisy by name calling and bold, baseless assumptions....just maybe :cool:
