Because most people don't use gov't official's middle name to identify them unless there's someone else with the exact same name.

George H.W. Bush vs. George W. Bush for instance. And even then, it's the initial!

We all know why you used his middle name, to EMPHASIZE the fact that it's Hussein and to imply he's some sort of radical Muslim that has something in common with guys like Saddam Hussein.

It's pathetic and shows that if you can't mock his policies, you might as well mock his name. And you know what, it completely undermines any legit criticism you might have.

All you are doing by the way you post that is to communicate to everyone you judge people by their name and thus inherently biased, and therefore anything you post about that person is also tarnished by bias.

You are being intentionally ignorant and turning a blind eye. The use of the middle name has a purpose. It was used in attempt to connect him to Saddam. He didn't use the middle name of the white president, but only the black president. He didn't use the name simply because it was his name.

Though using his middle name by many is just a way to push his 'foreign/islamic' roots and is silly, many presidents have their middle name or initial in common lingo.

William Jefferson Clinton, John F. Kennedy, FDR etc. To talk about other politicians even Hillary Rodham Clinton etc.
