Forget desert subs man. You should start a mashed potatoes parlor. It would be like Baskin Robbins but with mashed poatotes. You could select from 31 different flavors like original, garlic, roasted red, bacon cheddar, and you could also get toppings like extra butter, salt, cheddar, bacon bits, etc. The cone would have to be more salty than a sugar cone. Man, think how many people would come in on a cold day to have a nice hot cone of mashed taters.
