The bank probably already had all of your company's info and will send it off to the IRS anyway. I think DOD is right because it seems like the bank will automatically forward this kind of information. I mean I get IRS notices about my bank accounts and I only make about .50 cents a year or something off interest. And IIRC I think in the Sopranos, Carmela was going to investment firms and putting her money into the stock market.
My wife works at a bank. 10K is the magic number. Keep all your transaction under this as best you can. You don't want to give the IRS any red flags now do you?
