Maybe, but it's probably close. Not a landslide. If you took a vote, there would probably be a recount.
But you can never be sure, because mistakes happen. That is why there are laws in place which allow for recounts when the votes are within a certain %.
That's why I said just make sure to count it correctly the first time so you don't have to worry about a recount.
But how the heck would you know if it was right unless you check it twice? Ask Santa. Look, if your party lost by .00001%, you would demand a recount to make sure it was right.
That's true but the there is a .00001% of chance that the recount will change the result of the first count.
