    I feel this is the more vital part of the diet. However 30 bananas a day is way over most people's daily calorie goals when dieting. But if you're already doing all those other things, you're already so far ahead that whatever macro split you do could work. 80/10/10 sounds interesting but I like the taste of ON mocha.

    Of every wacko diet I have ever seem, this one takes the (banana-nut) cake. She doesn't even look healthy--no muscle mass. Just skin, bones and flab.

    it worked for gilligan not so much for the skipper.


    being from central america, i eat a lot of plantains. no homo.
    you can deep fry them, stir fry them, boil them,bake them, crush them and bread them, top them with pure cane sugar, sautee and stew. like i was sayin' bananas and plantains are the vegetables of the jungle.
