    Isn't the point of pain to tell you that something is wrong? So now that these guys only get 10% of pain, couldnt they have like a crushed trekia and wouldnt even know it?

    It doesn't matter if Kirby feels only 10% of the pain. If JDS hits him square, it will knock him out. As for his balls, not only does he feel 10% of the pain, but he also has fortified rock balls from the punishment he's been receiving over the years. So Kirby probably could take a JDS punch in the balls.
