Thx bruh. I really hate that. I could understand that mentality if we were full strength.

Was watching open court earlier and EJ lobbed a closing question to one of the idiot panelists, "what about the rockets?" The response was "they will take a few steps back- 4th or 5th seed" naming the improvement to SA as one reason. I say fu open court.

i just hope for once the rockets can have a moderately healthy season. it has seemed like for so long we have guys in and out.

that way we know for sure how good this team can be.

We had two near-40 years olds!!! Playing point last year against two of the top 3 point guards in the league. Our starting power forward was out against Griffin and Draymond. Our starting center was playing with a torn meniscus.

Hmm.. let's just have a healthy squad again, add a high quality point guard, a year of deep playoff experience, and replace some bench warmers with Thorton who can actually contribute in our Slash-and-three offense. I can't really say about everyone on our roster but it looks like Capela, Harrell, and KJ might step up this year.

They can't fault our bench, they can't fault our back court, we have a top center still, and our small forward and power forward positions are some of the best rotations in the league.

    I think it's a decent article.

Mentions throughout injuries are what brought us down.

Seems like one of the only media articles which doesn't trash our players for being themselves.

I don't agree, but I suspect most people outside Houston see Rockets as a two-person team with one of those players on the other side of his peak.

When Kelly wonders if the Rockets peaked already, he's not saying they have already played to the best of their ability (obviously they haven't as he mentions all the injuries last year), but rather if the WCF will be the best result of this era of the Rockets given how ridiculous the West is, which IMO is a reasonable thing to wonder.

    No mention of a-Capela?

This was one of the better articles of our Rockets.
