For what it's worth- (most) grad students are given a lot more leeway than they would in undergrad. Its just the nature of the beast, professors treat you like adults and deal with you accordingly. Note that this statement does not include med, dental, law, nursing, PA, optomentry, etc. schools.

He did claim later that the picture of him sleeping wasnt in a class, but some "extra" thing he went to. He's also quoted as saying "I don't even like to sleep - I feel as if there's too much to do. "
