Ya, Can't say I've ever done that. If I'm something like a medic, which I am most of the time, I have nothing I can do against the tank so I'll just wait it out or revive fallen teammates. Basically hide in a building so when the tank starts to pull away I'll recapture the point. No suicide lol. share your stats...unless you're ashamed.
I've just started playing online today on my Xbox. I have to admit, I was a big counter-strike (1.6) gamer on my PC and playing an FPS with the Xbox controller is quite the challenge. I think i'll get used to it in a week or so depending how much time I play. My gamer tag is ChristmasWish if anyone wants to add me, i'm kind of new to the Xbox Live world so not sure yet how all of that works! I think i've had like 12 kills and 23 deaths or something like that the first time I played. It surely is different compared to CS
I'm new to the Battlefield series FYI. Question? Playing Rush, I can't hear my teammates, Why? When I play with friends I hear them just fine. When I'm not playing with them, it sucks to have to have run clear across the map after I die. Xbox - gamertag: keyz00
With the news that Steam will be available for Mac in April, does anyone know if BC2 will be available? I only have a Mac in my dorm!!
On the xbox... <img src="http://bfbc2.elxx.net/sig/clean1/360/rezdawg09.png" alt="" /> I'll make sure to update when I get better, haha.
<img src="http://bfbc2.elxx.net/sig/clean1/360/glydersid.png" alt="" /> heres mine, nothing to brag about. only play conquest tho, hate rush. i usually try to capture flags instead defending so i do die a lot, which doesnt bother me.
I was a big Battlefield 2 player back in the day, its the only game I ever got into in my life, not really a gamer, I'm considering getting this on PC....probably in a couple months though as no time right now....
I die lots too, doesn't bother me either as long as we win the game. When I first started my KD ratio was like .65. I've been on a tear recently tho. Uprising, how the *** you get so many dog tags? Can I assume your a camper  ?
LOL, nope. Running around is how I get them. Knife is my first weapon of choice. If I spot someone running, I'll chase after them with my knife instead of shooting them in the back / ass. Also, close quarter fighting, such as clearing out a house, I'll run up stairs and use my knife first. Gotta love it. This game has the gratifying knife kills I've ever had. Before this, it was CSS gungame. I think it's great how you get to look at the dog tags you have, and how many of a certain person you have. I have 4 tags from like 3 people, and 6 from another. Here's one of the guys I game with. There are just sooo many nubs, that pretty much allow you to knife em. They start spraying as you run to them...and to shank them in the face.
Every time I try to knife, I fail...And then I remember that its not MW2 and that I cant knife from 8 feet away. Must feel good for the enemy when we encounter each other from across the room and Im sitting there trying to knife while he sprays an assault rifle into my face.
lmao, I fail at knifing as well. whenever I try to sneak up on someone from behind, they'll move just as I swing my knife causing me to hit nothing but air. I then start panicking and spam the knife button, still swinging at air... giving the dude enough time to turn around and destroy my face. I usually rage quit after this occurs. There isn't anything more satisfying then knifing dudes tho, imo.
One question about the dogtags...I noticed that when I get some dogtags they're silver instead of copper colored. Is there a reason for that? Oh and here's my stats: That's from playing as a Medic for about 95% of the time.
Ya, I'm not too sure what the silver dog tags mean. I have a few too. Just played 2 rounds, got another 8 knifes. I play as medic 98% of the time, and occasionally sniper depending on the map.
Can someone assist? Why can you only hear your friends when playing multiplayer? Am I missing something?
I realize that you'll play on PC, but thanks for your help. On another note, I love this game. Can't wait till I rack up more points to get better guns.
