Baby back ribs are still on their bone... (I think). That is why I believe it's not a cousin. It's a relative, but not a cousin... or even a brother... more like an uncle, or something... Why can't we just LOVE bacon instead of fighting about its ancestry?

damn, why did I post that picture. I just went to the grocery store last night to buy ingredients for a great paella recipe I have. Now I have this urge to replace the serrano with bacon, which will kill the saffron. But it would be g r e a t.
