Israel sends 10000 troops into Lebanon as Hezbollah fires 160 rockets

What are the reasons for the record number of rockets?.... Hmmmm. why? nobody will answer this on the wicky side and you will stand in silence as reluctance to admite this indicates ...death...destruction...

Actually it reported by Fox News themselves, not really much of a 'Hezbollah propoganda'. Mike Tobin -- who reports from the Israeli-Lebanese border and has access to the IDF -- said that the Israelis weren't able to capture the man they were specifically after, who apparently is a key Hezbollah 'leader'. Instead, they captured 3-5 Hezbollah fighters in the fighting in the city. They said it wasn't clear if there were any casualties.

Sorry to burst your bubble, kid, I am only relaying what I watched on FNC. You don't seem to have a problem taking what the IDF says to heart, but I don't take seriously much of what's said by either side.

Sounds like you are actually glad to see the record number of rockets just to show Israelis haven't succeed.

HELL NO I'M NOT GLAD, AND I RESENT YOU FOR MAKING THIS STATEMENT!

My point is that Israel's campaign has been disastrous and all they've managed to do is stir up a hornet's nest by polarizing a non-polarized muslim populace. Also, the victory that Israel claimed in ROXRAN's article is far from a reality. This will drag on. I believe that Hezbollah or other terrorist groups will continue to exist as long as Zionist leaders continue to lead Israel.

If there is ceasefire, or peace if you want to call it, it will be because Israel has gianed enough bargaining chips, and they can claim victory to the media, not because they destroy Hezballah.

Oh, and mockery of naiveness doesn't mean one's glad.

And if Israel hadn't responded so heavy handed, the Hezbollah would have been disarmed and cease to be a terrorist organization?

These groups will always exist as long as Israel exists, no matter who leads Israel.

No, but had Israel never occupied Lebanon, Hezbollah would have never existed. Well, that's spoilt milk...

The recent Lebanese elections showed that the Lebanon populace wants to live within Hezbollah and Syrian influence. If the Lebanese had time, I do believe that Lebanon and Israel could work on a joint solution to disarm Hezbollah. Without Lebanese influence, they can't disarm Hez considering they operate on Lebanese soil.

Hezbollah's are labelled as terrorists and I am fine with that definition, but remember that one's terrorists are another's freedom fighter. If your parents, children or siblings die as a result of another's injustice, wouldn't you side with the side that is protecting your justice? As the death toll continues, the terrorists will only gain more and more support.

How do you know these groups will exist if Israel continues to exist? Has Israel seriously given peace a try? Last time that happened, their prime minister was assassinated by his own people.

Cute,...Could it be that they are feeling the squeeze? hmmm? They may very well be rethinking the need to ration the missle strikes...With resupply compromised and the heat on them, I'd stop thinking of rationing and start letting em fly to...

ALSO,...I want to make clear to those ignorant...I am NOT saying Baalbek IS the last stand...I'm saying it could be and I find the progress and welcome the news since my goal on this is peace...But of course step#1 has to happen... :)

Bernie, I think you meant to say "The recent Lebanese elections showed that the Lebanon populace doesn't want to live within Hezbollah and Syrian influence." No thanks needed. :)

Cute,...Could it be that they still have capabilities to fire as many rockets as they did at the beginning of the conflict? Israel may very well be thinking the need of making erroneous statements to justify the disastrous war that they are are fighting...With mounting international pressure and death of many soldiers, I'd start thinking of words that sound good and start letting em fly...

Why? It was the direct result of Israel's inability to deal with their Palestinian occupation. It resulted to a bloodshed of innocent people in Lebanon.

I'd think logically not, but if you want to believe that...I'm sorry for you.

I don't ...think so. An obvious push is being made and the realization is that hezbollah must be destroyed or deconstructed. Words that describe what is going on is not made up and if so...please refute the Foxnews article with a basis of factual evidence...
