I've been saying that all along. Send him somewhere else and use that space to sign a back up center. I mean he has been nothing but terrible, how long will his name carry him?

Give Head & Wafer his minutes, Barry is hurting us right now. I was never really high on this guy except for his decision making and shooting. Right now, that has been questionable at best so let's see what Head ad Wafer can do in his place with 20+ minutes.

I am sticking to my original theory that he has been abducted by aliens. ;) I just hope he comes out of this funk sooner than later.

If he's not hitting wide open 3's, which he isn't, then what are we spending 2mil on this season? Put me out there, I have a higher 3pt % than him this season...

I was thinking about Barry, and I came up with the idea that he could have been a trojan horse sent to us by the Spurs.

I mean he looks like he is missing his shots on purpose and turning over the ball too. Just my 2 cents.

non-starters acquired via trade? gimme a freaking break.
oh hey let me manipulate facts so I can make my argument valid.

brent barry will be fine, his shot is off. everything else has been fine.
as for you just selectively taking out scola and artest because they're starters is garbage. it's not like they expected scola to come in and start immediately, that was a gamble as well.

as for not all of his moves working...name me one gm that has had every move work for them. morey is still easily one of the 5 best gms in the league. get over it.

Our shooting guard position reeks. And that includes t-mac, barry, and head. Time for Von Wafer to prove himself he deserves the minutes ahead of barry and head.

Now before you bash me as a t-mac hater, just know that i do like him. But as our star and highest paid player, you know t-mac takes nights off by not playing D or settling for those ridiculous perimeter shots with a hand in his face.

Haha, I just came on here to say that. But in all seriousness I would rather him sit. We have other problems and more promising players that need the time on the court, If Barry is not contributing let him sit so we can develop Wafer, Brooks and Landry some more.

I like the idea of bumpping up Von Wafer's min. He plays w/ some speed & we all know he can knock down that wide open 3 all day and night.

I also think RA knows that & his min. will start to increase w/ time. He can't just put him out there for 25+ min just yet. He isn't a rookie but he still has to prove him self in practice and in games.

He has an injured thumb on his shooting hand. I don't care how old Barry is, he's still a knock down shooter that doesn't rely on getting lift for his shot (he basically shoots a set shot). I think its the thumb that's bothering him.

i agree, you don't just lose your shooting touch overnight. his thumb is obviously bothering him.

Barry didn't shoot the ball well tonight but his defensive and overall plays were excellent IMO.

comparing Barry's shooting so far this season, anyone can shoot better than him, it his wrist or head is not healthy, so bench him till he is ready.
Never a fan of Head, can we trade him for a bag of rice.
By the way, we should not let go of Gerald Green, and Strawberry

As long as he's reigning in Aaron Brooks I can accept him on the court. At least with his shot not falling he still keeps the ball moving and making good decisions.

Anyone calling for Head should have their basketball card revoked.

I'm not worried about barry because when shane is back, he won't see the floor.

Something is not right with him.

He is money but so far he is not looking good, otherwise we will be a lot better, because he can be great to spread the floor, plus he move and create pretty well on the second unit, but if he is so making open 3's he can play enough minutes to impact the game.

But I'm confident he will get his touch back.

C'mon Barry you can help this team a lot, get your stuff together.

Man Brent is hurt probably, but he also doesn't have anything left...

We know he shouldn't play. He is hurting this team, REALLY. But on the other hand we know Adelman will keep playing him..

You don't just forget how to shoot a basketball. Even someone like Larry Bird can still go to a court and knock multiple shots down. Barry is playing hurt right now, and his basketball IQ does help this team even when he's off with his shot.

The three point shooting will come with him.
