I was just joking, but Ronde went to 5 pro bowls, was a 3x all pro and a super bowl champ on one of the best defenses of all time. Tiki had a really nice career as well. Maybe you got them confused?
Gonna start following Amen. I think we miss on Scoot / Wemby, he might be the next best piece for us.
Overtime Elite. There are like 6 teams of kids that are under 20, I think, in the league and they all play against each other. It makes it hard to compare their numbers against G-League or college kids.
I agree, but both of these kids are pretty talented regardless. I was scared about drafting Shaedon Sharpe whose tape was about as rare/infrequent as a Bigfoot sighting and was almost all against high school and "all star" teams, but he's shown signs of belonging, I think. The Thompson Twins also played against some international competition (Marc Gasol & co.) and did alright. Even in the OE league, they're playing against a lot of guys that are older than they are, so it's some kind of competition, I guess. If the Rockets end up taking one, I wouldn't blame them. I kind of wish these kids would all just go to the G-League or something instead of these cornball offshoot "leagues".
Lol if he is that good he should be averaging 20 ast vs scrub kids much younger and smaller than him. I look at these highlights and his defenders go to his chest or w/e and you telling me he only gets 9 ast? His shooting is another major concern again he is being guarded by scrub kids who wont even make a GLeague roster who all come up to his chest and he is shooting 20% from 3. The Twins are gonna be major projects I mean people talk about Sharpe but remember Sharpe is contributing cuz he can shoot the ball. If Sharpe had a broken J his ass would be nailed to the bench. Amen can be good for a team just starting their tank, they can play him 30 mins and he can put up nos on trash efficiency. But on a team who already wants to win games and maybe make the play in then he wont get PT cuz he cant shoot for ****. Rox are even playing Gary Bird who is a massive liability just cuz he can shoot.
While Amen is the better prospect and a little more skilled, the team roster lists them both as guards. I know they technically play different positions since they play together, but would they both be considered as point-forward prospects or is Amen a guard and Ausur a forward? If we were to end up with either of them, what position would you envision each of them playing on this team?
Instead of "forward vs. guard", everything I've read is that Amen is the better ball-handler/playmaker and a bit more athletic. Ausar is said to be the better defender/rebounder.
