I really hope some reporter asks him why he didn't tell the coach and GM before going to the press. I'd love to hear his response.

Rick had a quote about Artest that was identical to this...when Artest made the comment one day that he could be out for months...and then played the next night...Rick's comment was something like, "I wish Ron would talk to me about it instead of having me learn about it in the newspaper."

In the greater scheme of things I think Stephen A. Smith needed a scoop more than Adelman needed to be first to know.

Other than being an apologist for every maligned NBA player, and therefore their confidant, I'm not sure what kind of role he's had since "Quite Frankly" got canned.

He was probably pretty bummed AI didn't give him the heads up on the braids shave.

Obviously? Please explain. Apparently the Rockets offered him to the Nets and they laughed at their proposal. Another article says that Rockets talked with the Knicks and the Knicks declined. And they have MARBURY, who expires this year by the way and the Knicks still can't move him.

This is horrible for his coach, GM, and boss who has to pay $20M to TMAC.

I'm sure he loves Houston, but you can't seriously condone his antics this season. He's frustrated in his play and has effectively taken it out on the team by not being accountable.

There's something called Reg-FD in investing that basically stipulates all information in the public domain must be disclosed at all times. Thus, no one has an unfair advantage over another in terms of access the information. With all the fraud going on, I think T-Mac got into the spirit of Reg-FD and let everyone, including the Rockets' brass and Adelman, know at the same time. What a swell guy he must be.

Finally some balls out of Adelman (it's about time), he's been Tmac's b**** most of the season.

What's going to be funny is if they decide in Chicago that T-Mac doesn't need surgery and will decide to re-join the team.

Add this with Clutch, R2K, etc. eventually revealing (after the deadline?) how much of a locker-room cancer Artest has been, and we have a lot of drama to discuss on here.
