Here's some brief snippits of us at the game. Unfortunately they only zoomed in on us during breaks when half of us was missing.

The last clip is the final moments of the game which I thought was cool because you can hear everybody cheering.

Notice as Bonzi is walking off the court, he looks up and to the right ...which is where we were sitting. Clearly we were audible.

sweet, i can see myself in both spots, barely, but viewable, i was taking pics in the segment at the start of the 3rd qtr, and u can barely spot me in my Rockets santa hat at the 2 min part of the game. =)

It couldn't have been better:

-There was trash talking outside of the barn....I mean, arena, with this one super-sized Spurs fan running his mouth about us being a "90's team" and wanted to see us still trying to chant and talk after the game. Oddly, we couldn't find him anywhere while holding our post-game celebration in the arena. Must have been in a hurry to beat the traffic.

-Chants:

and the regular Rockets chants from Toyota Center

We had a pseudo war with the row of HS girls behind us, who tried to drown us out. Obviously didn't work despite their best efforts. A couple did have a sonic scream that was pretty piercing - I think the world turned blue a couple of times when they did that. In the end, we were full force. Everyone ended up with headaches and raw throats from going 100% end to end. I know most of us that were at the Clippers game were still hurting.

As soon as the game ended, there was a full 15 to 20 minutes of rallying and chanting and cheering through and out of the arena. 49er TO spiked the ball onto the Dallas Star, we had a party in the Spurs arena. A good number of other Rocket fans in the building ate it up, and even the Spurs fans were almost bemused at the sight.

Credit where it's due - the Spurs fans were classy about us coming in and taking over. It's insulting and offensive to get embarrased on your court by the other team's fans, but they took it on the chin. No one got ugly, no one tried to start a real fight. Some attempted to heckle to little avail, but mostly they took it with class.

Just sucks that such an insane high had to get cut down with Yao's injury the next night. Tough blow...

btw, i had to share this with everybody, one of the 3 rowdies that wears the over sized mariachi hats after the game, went up to the end of a Metro bus and started banging on the window of the bus to a elder guy that had a Rockets hat on and screaming his ass off, the guy in the bus just flashed his middle finger at him, and the the other 2 guys backed him away and told him to calm down. I thought that was one of the funniest things Ive seen the rowdies do. Afterwards, they were skipping down the street singing some mariachi song, funny stuff.
