I totally agree. I lost 15 pounds the first couple weeks... After getting off it, I continued to lose 10 pounds because I've been more active and have more of an idea of how to watch what I eat. Atkins has done well for me. However, make sure to look out for salt and cholesterol while you're doing Atkins.
I really need to get back on the diet. I've gotten back up to my pre-atkins weight, and really want to lose this excess 50+ pounds and get healthy.
the atkins diet is very bad for you.......ruins your kidneys. just exercise. all you have to do to lose weight is burn more calories per day than you eat....
