Nice! That looks like a great diet to me. On a workout day, I'll allow myself to eat carbs immediately after working out [usually within a half hour].

I've done it multiple times. I only use at a cleanser, not a long term fad diet. If you're considering anything more than 3 days you should probably consult your doctor first. If you decide to give it a go here is a good place to start http://www.rebootwithjoe.com/rebooting/plans/ Before you start, be prepared for 3rd day withdrawals. Each time I developed migraines on the 3rd day, which is to be expected. On a 10 day juice diet, days 3-5 can suck. 5-10 get progressively better. At some point between days 5-10 you'll feel awesome (energetic, clean, etc) and I assure you it's not just because you're hallucinating, haha. If I were you, I would just go with a 3 day tester. There are other ways and in my opinion better ways to diet. Juicing is a great way to mass inject nutrients into your body, but it's probably better as a supplement to another diet. For example, you can substitute a meal every other day for a juice.
What are some natural things that can be supplemented for fat loss/health reasons? Ex. Konjac powder - good non caloric fiber source/thickener. Cocoa bean - cardiac health, mood, possible fat loss? The only other things I take are whey protein, fish oil and a whole food multivitamin.

I think I'm at 2.5 weeks. I'm breezing through this. I'll go for another 1.5 weeks at which point I'm going to reintroduce good carbs on workout days only. Have lost 8lbs now.
