Oh, I admittedly went overboard. The guy just inspires it in people, what can I say? There's a difference between calling out evil when it happens and maintaining a multi-year, daily diatribe against Muslims. Example- I know you have issues with Muslims and religion in general, Donny- and I get it- believe me, I've got a lot of issues with my own religion, and it's tough to stay a Catholic sometimes. But this is way beyond that- as if I even have to state that. It'd be like saying, "Well, BigTexxx tends to get under people's skins a bit."

Exactly. Fundamentalist Islam is FAR more destructive to Muslims than any right wing dogma. We all make choices, and simply because someone is born a Muslim doesn't make them any better or worse than anyone else, but following and supporting fundamentalist teachings of Islam IS worthy of scrutiny and discussion.
You know, you all criticizing me are absolutely right. I made the cardinal mistake of attacking the person, not the argument, and going overboard. For this, I certainly do apologize to you, ATW. No matter how much I may disagree with some of your posts, name-calling should not be a part of it. ClutchFans holds itself to a higher standard than that. And Bobby is right-it's the sort of tactics Donald Trump uses, and I can't be critical of someone like him while using similar argument strategies. As much as I hate admitting it, ATW was right when he said something to the effect of "no one forced you to comment." I've said the same thing, so I can't be a hypocrite. Thus, it is with head hung low that I apologize to ATW and the other posters on here who deserve better than my rants. And no, I'm not being sarcastic. I honestly do believe that ClutchFans does hold itself to a higher standard, and there's no reason to get personal. Let other posters on lesser sites stoop to that level- we're better than that.
I sorta consider myself a moderate Muslim. Not really religious at all though. And I have have lots of friends and family who are moderates. ATW, I have an honest question for you. What do you really hope to accomplish by constantly posting these types of threads? I am in no way advocating for you to stop, but am genuinely curious.
