Unfortunately the federal government has been allowed to run roughshod over the constitution for about the last 80 years in the name of regulating "interstate commerce". As such, it doesn't matter what the people in the state vote, because the supremacy clause means the federal law outlawing mar1juana supersedes the state law allowing it. Thus everyone who goes on about how the weed is legal is in fact pretending the CSA doesn't exist. Get more Justices like Clarence Thomas on the bench and you might see a return to a time when the fed stayed out of local affairs.
