Forget Howard and Bynum. Instead, Morey needs to find a way to trade for Biyombo.

Extensions are an extension of current contract/dollars with max % raise possibilities. So when already at max, the extension can take you over max theoretically, or maybe not, depends if the max is recalculated to be higher than an extension raise at previous max. I suppose you heard that an extension (because of max raises) is more money versus moving teams via free agency when the max raise % is less.

But either way, like Carl Herrera said, locking into more years at max is the key to maximizing salary. So for Howard and Bynum, years at max pay is the best route, then it comes down to signing with Bird rights or signing with a new team (less money due to less yrs and raises).

    make sense?

I don't want any part of either one. Ever. Time to go in a different direction.

WTF i'm from New Jersey central jersey is not just camden (aka the ghetto) it also outlies cherryhill ( akin to sugarland). Many people who live in central/south jersey live in nice lavish homes and commute to work in Philadelphia. And north Jersey is no different. So Idk where you pulled that little fact from.

I think we should start calling Howard "Shaq Jr."

He specifically stated that he didn't want to go to LA to avoid following in Shaq's footsteps. Now this.

I'm holding out hope that our next franchise center is Nerlens Noel.
