    Also be sure to "break the cycle of pain." Apply ice whenever you can. Numb out your neck to where you aren't thinking about it. Resist the urge to pop it the best you can... possibly by getting a squeeze ball or something. Rather than popping it, just do standard neck stretches side to side and rotations.

    Feel free to private message me if you have any questions about Dr. Weiss. You can always just go in (or call) and discuss the issues you are having. He might be able to set you up with a hypnotherapist he trusts or give you advice if you opt to not get an adjustment.

    I will man, thanks. Ice seems to magnify the ache more that's why I've stopped doing it. I used to ice it a lot in the past. I'll pm you though.

    Ha. He's legit. He came highly recommended and really helped me with some lower back issues. I realize lots of them are useless but this guy is great
