Yeah, HD was working fine, it was just FSN HD that wasn't working. Oh well. We'll get to see tonights game in HD. Hopefully they can pull out a W.

I just got U-Verse this weekend and I like it much better than Comcast. The menus and things seem much easier to navigate through. I like having 3 boxes without having to pay more per box as well.

However, in two days of watching ball, I had at least 5 instances where the HD just froze.

I used to have U-verse as part of a package with my old landlord. I had several problems with freezing even after the original defective box was replaced. Despite that, I really liked U-verse and I'll probably order it again.

What sort of cabling do you have connected? I use HDMI to my 1080i DLP screen... but when I tried to use a COAXIAL to my old 53" Hitachi HD Monitor, I had problems. :(

besides some of the limitations already listed, the TV part of U-Verse is pretty good. thing is with the internet i've found the wireless signal doesn't that much range on it. i'm maybe 75 ft away from the router down a hallway through one wall and it doesn't pickup any signal. i have to be right in front of the router for wireless to work. i've tried changing the channel but that never works.

    anyone else have similar problems?

Last night I was furious w/ U-Verse. I was trying to watch the Rockets game and the picture kept going in and out and getting staticy and making a popping noise. It wasn't just on the Rox channel, it was every one. But then I could go into another room and watch the game fine. I don't know if it's the cable box or what. It would sometimes also say that it can't work w/ HDMI but then it would start working again. This is BS. Maybe I just have a bad box or something.
