I got pissed off at DirecTV for charging me the NHL Center Ice package when I told them months ago to cancel the auto reup but the guy didn't do it and now they won't cancel the package and/or refund me the fees because the season has already begun. Tried to reasons with them but no luck so I am thinking about going to U-Verse since I've heard good things about them. I know the obivous negative is no NFL Sunday Ticket but the Redzone Channel should make up for it and I didn't even get Sunday Ticket this year. So which service is better in programming, HD Quality and overall service? Thanks!!! If this thread has already been done please provide it for me and close this one.
I like uverse. I never liked directtv, it would go out during storms. And if something happend to the satellite, they would charge me to come repair it. Not an issue with u-verse. Uverse also seems more user friendly.
