I appreciate them not wanting to be sissy's about stuff, but WHY they even pitch to Lee is beyond me.

Not to nitpick, but Garciaparra's flyout would have been deep enough to get the run home too.

Well, The Nationals and the Stros just wasted a great opportunity!!!

Both teams wasted a bases loaded opportunity.

Somebody needs to tell lane to take a few pitches when the opposing pitcher just loaded the bases by issueing walks.

Wow. Astros have the look of a team that is not going to the playoffs.

    Qualls???????

He did not bobble that grounder to SS........that inning should have been over.....

If we blow this game it could be devestating for the Astros already fragile pyschy.....

They can't hit their way out of a paper bag.

between the horrible strike on ensberg yesterday that could've loaded the bases and the blown call by buckner that would've gotten us out of the inning before the run scored, i have to respect the umps efforts to do everything they can to keep us out of the playoffs.

Yeah, this team appears to be wilting under the pressure somewhat.

If we make the playoffs, get ready for more of the same. The Stros seem to always make it hard on themselves to win.

Way to go Wille T. Ensberg and Berkman up!
