Baggy hasn't really hit the ball all that hard, but in his last 3 at bats....he just seems to have the best of luck. Something positive has always come out of his bat. Like last night, when we scored a run from it.

He is our new good luck charm that's going to guide us to the promise land.

But I liked his at bats. He's swinging hard.

A win at all costs... Roy doesn't deserve it, but then again those bloops were uncanny.

Leave it to Houstonians to do the wave in a critical AB in the most critical game of the season...

Transition inning over. It's in Lidge's hands one way or the other from here on out. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Lane's HR was just as big as any other hit this year... this team, until late, has been incapable of coming back in the later innings especially after the other team had scored.

Man... looks like the bloops are contagious today!

I agree...though, you know, that STILL isn't enough to silence Lane's naysayers. I think only a Beltran-like postseason can save him in their eyes.

--Anyone else wonder why Ensberg didn't even TRY to run hard or break up the DP? He even veered off to allow the throwing line to be clear.. at the least, run hard and slide

Do we send Qualls back out there, or go with Wheeler in the 8th? I say you stick with Qualls since he was so effective in the 7th.

As long as he doesn't carry over into the playoffs with that..

fyi: Phillies pounding it out, 2 more in the 9th. Frank is bringing in another pitcher.. 1st/3rd 0 outs. They have it won.. GO STROS, finish it!
