According to SAL Transactions page LINK Jose Altuve has been promoted to Lancaster and Jimmy Paredes has been been assigned to Lexington. An Albert Cartwright promotion to CC might happen in the near future.

Would you just shut up already? I'm not r****ded. I know he's got the no-trade. I was just dreaming of the "if they only could..."

I can't figure out if you are Drayton McLane's child, lover, or Brandon Lyon.

Nothing earth shattering but does acknowledge what is obvious...

Wonder how much cash we sent out. Carpenter a former catcher converted to a relief pitcher. He turns 23 on the 1st and only in A ball. Has a good ERA & K rate.

See, I actually see two David Carpenters lol. One who is 25 in A ball with good stuff but the other is about to turn 23 with good stuff. Either way its a reliever.

I guess when Kepp gets healthy Blum is next to go, probably to the ATL.

I was looking at the wrong one. I knew that didn't seem right.

My bad. So its a 25 year old in A+ ball with good k rate and great ERA.

It's irrelevant. Somebody wanted strangely wanted Feliz and now he's gone. That means no more stolen ab's from CJ or Wallace.

The Cardinals have been having nightmares defensively at 3rd recently. Makes sense from a defensive perspective. Feliz isn't what he used to be in the field but he's better than what the Cards have been rolling out there.

They've also been having issues at SS so their whole left side of the infield was error prone. This helps shore that up a little, at least late in games.

Right, but pretty certain Manzella (activated to replace Feliz) will now steal ABs from Sanchez. :( Though admittedly Sanchez isn't as important to the future as CJ or Wallace.

    This...

Related to the above... why in the hell was a 35 year old journeyman getting a start for one of the worst teams in baseball (Figgy vs. the Mets the other night)? There isn't a youngster someone that could've used that experience?

The whole thing left me baffled.
