Could this be the end of the Colorado jinx?

Did I just re-jinx us by asking?

Just about everyone having a great day at the plate tonight for the Astros.

Bags and Berkman are the quiet ones tonight.

Jason lane comes in for Berkman who was 0-4 tonight.

14-4 2 run homerun. Porter just misses the HR....just inchs over his glove.

Who is that guy pitching for us?!

Man, Doggy was awesome tonight. I forgive him for Striking Out on his last at bat. ;)

Fernandez up as our closer once again. Let's go Stros! Finish 'em off!

    Game over. Astros win!!! :D

    14-4

Cards and Cubbies win tonight as well, so the Astros lead does not expand any, but it doesn't get smaller either.

Fernandez pitched the ninth. I don't think we have a Hernandez active at the moment

The Astros are REALLY hot right now. Man, the offense is relentless.

With what appears to have been consistent, we won't score much more, if any, than 2 runs. So I hope our pitching is once again superb.

Except the idiot Valentine stupidly contradicted himself after talking about Hidalgo's injury. He said he's given the Astros the 'shot in the arm they've needed and that's what happened to him; he was shot in the stomach.' If he was shot in the stomach, he wouldn't be playing this season. You had it right the first time, fool.

And yes, he WILL win the Comeback Playa of the Year award, bar none, flat out, no doubt.

"Houston pushed across two more runs in the sixth, one of which scored when Everett raced home from first as catcher Gregg Zaun threw wild to first on Robertson's bunt."

    good boy Zaun, good boy

In the month of September, we have outscored our opponent 90-48 in 14 games going 11-3. WOW!

Thats an average of 6.43 runs to 3.42 runs.. not bad at all
