Even the best bullpens blow games.

The key to this game is those 2 runs that Keuchel got squeezed into allowing.

At that point he was at 70 pitches with 2 innings left. And Diaz decided to shrink the zone to make it unrecognizable.

Got to wonder why Gregerson wasn't put in IMO. That was clearly the most important sequence in the game and you're saving him for the ninth? If he is your best reliever, give him the best chance to have the team win.

Gattis, damn. Good AB, good swing.

He's due to go ape**** for about the next 2 weeks.

    Carter and Gattis are redundant.
...and dare I say Singleton too.

I think we might be seeing the return of 2013 Jason Castro.

I'm hoping! Also, good to see Valbuena getting some hits and Marisnick is on fire. If only we can get Gattis, Springer and Carter going...man oh man..i'm waiting for this vaunted offense to finally erupt :mad::cool:

Rasmus needs to go to the plate with his fly down every time.

Talk about a game of (not even) inches...if Rasmus starts his swing a literal millisecond later on either of those, Stros are up 2 in the 9th.

Reminder that the Rangers are paying a glorified Adam Everett $15 million per season until 2021.... when his salary becomes $14 million.

Lord knows he was trying to. Those are some Hunter Pence-esque flailings out there.
