The fact we cannot seem to score runs for him drives me nuts! We got runs for him in the last game thank goodness since he decided to pitch on the day him mom dies. I just don't get this team. Two men on and no outs and cannot get a single freakin run!
Yea... the whole situation is baffling (especially on the road, where Roger is even better). We're bordering on that territory where if we don't get runs now, we're just not gonna get any the rest of the game.
Not looking good against a rookie pitcher with ZERO wins.... Ugh...can't we just score 3 or 4 runs a game? That would give us a shot at the WS....but this feast or famine crap is horrible on my ticker. DD
Actually, this team has been feast or famine for as long as I can remember... its just that before, when they "feasted", they'd go on runs when they'd scoer 9, 10 runs a game (thus, they were near the league lead in runs scored).... and when they "famined", it would be 1 run or 2 runs (with a much more potent lineup). Nowadays... feasting is 5 runs, famine is the shutout.
**** **** **** why does the rocket even bother going out there? there's no point in getting the big goose egg for you in run support, start after ****ing start.
