Why did Phil have such a quick trigger with Zeke? I know he wasn't great today but he is putting Chad "Hanging Slider" Harville in who sucks even more. Why can't Phil do same with the offense. Pinch hit for Ausmus and Everett at the end of games which he has stopped doing.

worst bases loaded team of all time. i think teams should just start loading the bases with 3 IBBs to start each inning. they're guaranteed to give up no more than 3 or 4 runs max and 1 or 2 on good nights.

Backe's expected back in mid-September or so. Wandy's pitching because we have multiple days off and are skipping his next few starts in the rotation.

Nothing is going our way. We've had a ton of scorching line-drive shots hit against Chan Ho, but just about all of them right at a fielder. Jason Lane's called "third strike" with the bases load looked outside. Gotta have some breaks go for us.
