Perks of a bad team... first priority on waivers. The Astros are also being linked to CF Julio Borbón, who is expected to be designated for assignment tomorrow.
Innings eater so our bullpen isn't overworked? Just my guess. Even if he sucks, he's the type of guy you can leave out there for 7 innings.
A guy like Jeremy Jeffress, who recently was DFA'd by the Blue Jays, sounds really intriguing to me.
