Maybe he uses a depilatory like Magic Shaving Powder. I used it years ago but finally found an electric razor that cut close enough.

Em...that was Super Utility player Eric Bruntlet.

He was brought as a defensive switch and he made a great play immediately. I am not sure Bigde could have executed that play especially going to his left.

It's nearly 1:00 am Arizona time, which is somewhere normally between Pacific and Mountain time, and I just got home from the game. Having the Astros win with a shutout made the two hour drive go very quick.

First trip to the BOB. The place is huge! Fly balls go out and die in the outfield. Sort of reminds me of how they used to die in the Dome. They put too many useless seats high up in the upper deck. I can't see them ever filling the place. There were 23,000 and some change in attendance tonight. The air-conditioning sucks in the place. I was sweating just sitting there. Granted I was in the upper deck, 10th row but geez. They probably have one of those stupid swamp coolers hooked up as a sorry excuse for A/C. A/C the Arizona way, throw some moisture in the air and call yourself cooled.

Ensberg's homerun was a mammoth shot. It's 407 to dead center at the BOB and that was way up the centerfield wall. The DBack fans were evening oooing and ahhing over the homerun.

Besides a rookie throwing five innings of shutout ball; I witnessed Springer, Burns, Wheeler and Harville each throw an inning of shutout ball!!!!

Em...at the time he posted, that was Super Everyday player Craig Biggio. Bruntlett's play came in the 9th. Biggio made a nice play earlier in the game where he ranged to the 2nd base bag, stopped and threw the runner out.

If Zeke and Wandy keep pitching this well where does that leave Backe?
