Lmao at Patterson's misfortune on Morgan's hit, his fall looked really funny to me for some reason. He did misplay it a bit, but the rain made it a harder play. Whew, that was a big play. One, maybe two extra runs for the cushion.

They said play would probably resume in 30minutes, about 10minutes ago. They were saying how the MLB owes it to the Phillies to try and play this game no matter how long the wait is.
They likely couldn't call the game no matter what, because it was suspended in the top of the inning. Now, had the rain come at the end of the 6th, rather than the start of the 7th, calling the game would have been an even bigger possibility.
