    hell why not be positive

    WLW

and 2 out of 3 would be pretty positive for this series :]

not much faith in hernandez, although he did do an admirable job against the pirates last time out but with no run support.... no run support won't go over well if it happens against st.louis

backe... eh... he had a bad start last time, but hopefully will rebound nicely in the 3rd game of this series

Well, we just gave away one run with that third base send him call.

Well, you can't say whether or not we would have scored... but at first glance, I would have sent him as well, given that it was Roger "stone for hands" Cedeno fielding the ball...

I guess Craig didn't get as good of a jump, but the Cardinals had to execute that play perfectly to prevent the run... and they did that.

I know...you can't really change fate and call it. Berkman popped up but whose to say he pops up or what if that run is on 3rd.

It was too close to call. I guess you have to give some props to the 3rd base coach for trying to kick it in gear by being aggressive with only 1 out but it didn't work out. :(

Edit: Oh hell...Kent would have driven Biggio and Bagwell in. LOL. Maybe...

Vizcaino with a weak single to drive in the run from third!

    2 - 1 Astros!

Beltran with a triple followed by a Jeff Bagwell ground out to drive him in.

have the astros set the major league record for most guys being called out for being hit by a bouncer just as they leave the batter's box? i swear i never see this happen to other teams and yet clemens just added another one to our total.

1 killer B drives in the 3 other killer B's.

as much as bagwell isn't the bagwell of old, he still has an amazing eye and great patience. i believe he's still on pace for another 100 walk season.

This is probably one of Clemens' top 4 seasons ever. He's really on his game. You wonder how much longer he could pitch.

Great game! Clemens really took care of them in good fashion.

Our offense has been taking care of business.

    Things are good. GOOD.
