Granted it's real early, but the Mets have a 1-0 lead

Once again a trip to Korea coincides with the end of the season/playoffs. Last year the games against the Cardinals were on TV here, airing either around 2:00 AM or 6:00 AM. The Korean announcers were watching the game on TV and were not actually in attendance at the games.

Remember what Julian Taveraz said about the Astros last season?

"We don't look at the Houston Astros like this is a great team.''

Man, I remember when he had his meltdown because of the stros. Beltran golf HR, he threw the pitch over Baggy's head (and recieved a $10000 fine) and then hit Kent, all this happened in three straight at bats. I loved seeing him trying to rip the phone off the wall. That was great. :)

And who said Beltran couldn't help the Stros this year.

Man, the Mets are playing like they are in the thick of the WC race, while the Phils look flat.....maybe last night's loss is taking alot out of them

Tonight's lineup is looking like what our playoff lineup is going to be like. Lamb at first, and Lance in left.

Morris has a 4 game losing streak.

Berkman is hitting .377 against Morris.

    :D LOL, guess so.

I'm just trying to show that it ain't all done for the stros. They are alive. I mean, the Cardinals have won almost 5 times as many games as we have in this season's series but we still have some good numbers. :)

Man, I'm really into the game right now. It's that time of the year where my blood is pumpin faster and harder than before. That and I got my tickets in my email today for Oct 8, Astros home game. :D

Is there something wrong with the stadium speed gun? Roy is topping out at 89-90 (unheard of), and Matt Morris threw an 82 mph fastball.

Either something is wrong with FSN, or Busch's gun, or these pitchers just aren't as loose as they should be. (as I type that, Roy retires Pujols on a 92 mph fastball... so maybe he's warming up).

Mets are starting to implode... a sloppy inning now has it at a 3-2 game.

    Lets go Lane.

The first pitcher to have a 1-2-3 inning wins the game... they should play with that rule tonight.

The cardinals won the last game, or one of the last 2-0. Don't let that happen again.

There you go! 1-2-3 inning. WE WIN! :D
