It was a gamble but none of the guys he gave up were all that good. If he helps us get to the playoffs and beyond it will be a good trade. You’d think we gave up sandy koufax and babe Ruth here. Relax dudes.
If Jake Myers were traded instead, it is more understandable because his value is high and replaced by Loperfido, Melton, Leon, Chas.
Just now hearing.... Bloss, Loperfido, AND Wagner... for a 6+ ERA (June/July) *rental" ?!!! Plus we still have Montero ?!!! Crane's incompetence/patience with Jabreu and injuries have led directly to this bullcrap. Toronto/Drake were allowed no Vaseline.
I am sure when the deadline is done if you line up any pitcher traded our package will be the one picked as the compensation most wanted for that pitcher.
Ok I know Bloss is a pitcher but same thing with him. Brown was talking highly of him a few months ago and then after going from AA to MLB and a few bad starts and he just gave up on him.

Loperfido Friendship with Alex Bregman and Jake Myers hurts Team Morale also. Dana Brown couldn't tell Star Players about Trade Proposals. Bregman would've vetoed that BS.
