Unless Dmo somehow finds his shooting touch - we have no chance of beating the warriors without a big man that can both space the floor by hitting the 3 and by posting up their bigs.

That would be our key advantage to exploit and give them problems...without that we have to play small ball and they have that monster in Draymond Green would will dominate us inside when we do...and when we have Dwight or Capella on the floor it they can pack the paint to make it harder for Harden to drive.

It's not a prediction thread, but a opponent preferance thread.

Bima, always adding to the CFans experience! I voted Warriors because why f___ around? Like Wiggins said yesterday (though he was ridiculed by the announcers) "These are the type of teams we have to beat if we want to succeed in the playoffs." This season is already an embarrassment - getting swept (Gentlemen's swept) by the Spurs or the Warriors won't make it much worse. There's no risk and... if somehow... someway... we push the anointed ones into deep water... well, that would be a lot of fun to watch.

I voted Warriors, because I root for the Spurs... a distant #2 behind the Rockets, but I'm happy if they win against anyone else.

Interesting if the rockets don't win out and end up at 8th, and the Spurs win out and end up at first seed the rockets play Spurs first round and get a pick? Shoot I'll take that! I think rockets can upset Spurs just let Beasly go hamo

Warriors, purely out of spite for last year.

    But from a basketball perspective...

The Warriors are more talented. The Rockets can win talent battles occasionally. The Spurs are flawless executors. The Rockets execute poorly even at their best.

I'd rather bring a knife to a gun fight than bring a taco to a knife fight.

I voted Warriors. Odds are extremely extremely low against either team, might as well go big and try to beat one of the best regular season teams ever. Plus I think ESPN would go into complete meltdown mode if that were to happen, which would be oh so glorious.
