Assuming Manti Te'o falls, do the Texans bite?

I cut the boring game off but that's what I heard from folks the next day.

 

I was listening to the radio today, and Pat Kerwin said on talent, even without recent events, he thought he would have eventually dropped to second/third rounder status, and his NFL position is Will LB is a 4-3. I believe that by that he means he doesn't believe he can play with an OL on him the way he would inside in a 3-4.

 

No, he doesn't address a need and they are more than likely better players available.

 

I hate to be the one say it but
He reminds me of Dat Ngyuen

He can be a consistant yet mediocre linebacker
Nothing extraordinarily special from what I have seen
but servicable

I wouldn't mind, if anything it provides more depth at the position, also it is insurance in case we can't resign Cushing or if he is never the same player before injury.

Granted, I wonder about his intelligence after all this fake girlfriend business regardless of his role as victim or perpetrator but if Te'o is still there and we don't need to draft a safety or a position we need, I'd take him at the end of the first round or second.

 

Maybe Manti and Royce White can get an apartment together.....

 

Even before the title game and all the fake gf stuff, I wanted alec ogletree over him.

 

That would be such a wasted pick. We have a lot of holes to fill, but RB is not one of them.

 

We need another pass rusher and/or another body who can match up with New England's TEs.

I don't know what his combine numbers will be, but the kid is a play maker.
