Depends. In event of a Howard trade, Livingston is gone, either via trade or waived, Douglas and Forbes are also likely gone to help match contracts in a trade. That leaves Machado or Duhon. If no trade, I hope it will be Livingston, but assuming there is a deadline to waive Livingston pre-season, it will be Douglas.
Got to be Douglas. I have a feeling that if we make the Dwight trade we will absorb 2 of Orlando's contracts which I'm certain would be Turkoglu and J. Richardson. Only way we take back Duhon is if we take back 3 of their contracts. I doubt Morey makes the deal if that's the price and even if he's cool with it, I'm sure Orlando woould try to feed us Davis before they give us Duhon.
Game 3 vs Sac yesterday, Forbes looked good . Machado doesn't look bad, but right now he and Fortson are APPLE TURNOVERS
Yeah, but 6'7" is tall enough to be a small forward in this league. Am I wrong? We called Tracy a point-forward and he's 6'8".
Duhon isn't a bad contract at all. Turk's deal is unlikely to be included, due to the partial guarantee after this season and his salary this season making a trade more difficult within the Cap. We can take Duhon off their hands simply by dealing Livingston straight up for him. It is nothing to take back Duhon, unless they can't fit everyone else into the cap space.
Is Garrett Temple on anyone's roster .... Think he's playing in the Italian league. Outside of Ish , I think he'd offer a better solution than much of the garbage thats left in FA.
I believe Douglas will be the backup with Machedo being 3rd string. Forbes is a combo Guard who has played point at times with the raptors but I would rather have him be the backup 2 behind Lamb if we move Martin
Douglas makes sense if he and white are both part of the second unit. Toney is much of a facilitator but Royce can more than compensate.
