Now that McHale is back. What happens to the rest of the staff? Who gets Sampson's job? Should Bickerstaff, Finch, Cooper and any other assistant be replaced for an upgrade? Hakeem is doing a good job helping Howard and the bigs. Do we need mentor for Harden, too, assuming Harden stays? Maybe a legend like Clyde, Cassell or McGrady?
They better fire everyone around Mchale and start again. Perhaps keep Finch...but if assistant coaching wasnt able to instill defensive principles...why the heck are they keeping a head coach that chronically makes stupid decisions...which have permeated throughout the players...
What difference it going to make.....?? we will have the same results next year, we might improve our winning record by 3 or 4 wins or we might even regress and have worst record and then first round exit.
