    For some people in law enforcement, the idea of dealing with the criminal minded has consequences but I wonder how you can justify this as true assault...Why should this be considered as assault?...It seems that this shouldn't be a felony but this is an example of how stupid our law interpreations is...

    OWENSBORO, Ky. (AP) — A woman in jail for public intoxication is accused of assaulting a jailer by squirting breast milk at her.

    WYMT-TV reports 31-year-old Toni Tramel was arrested Thursday on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication. But as she was changing into an inmate uniform she squirted breast milk into the face of a female deputy who was with her.

    Tramel now faces a felony charge of third degree assault on a police officer. Her bond was set at $10,000.

    then again, I suppose breast milk is in the same category as:

    I feel sorry for her poor kid. It's probably going through the delirium tremens without the whiskey-tainted boob juice. :(

    Two songs came to mind when I read this thread. First was Tom Petty's "The Criminal Kind", but ROXRAN planted it there with "the criminal minded". But after your post, for some reason it switched to Alphaville's "Big in Japan".
