Most of the ones that hit my feeders, including some bossy hummingbirds. There's also a hawk in our neighborhood that is constantly looking for rodents in the fields over the fence. There are some osprey and bald eagle nests around that I presume have the same birds. They look the same to me.
From now on, you shall endeavor to end questions with question marks, not the period you used here. Give me 5 Hail Earls and get on with your life.
Diet. I made meatloaf the other day in the Instant Pot and my daughter said it wasn't meatloaf, but more like meatmound. True story.
Good guy, great talent but like many freaks (and I mean that in a good way), what made him freaky also led to his failing to meet his potential, which probably shouldn't have been as high as it was to begin with. One of the better "What Ifs" in basketball. I also wonder about that story around Sampson going to Portland for Jordan and Drexler. If Dream, Jordan, and Drexler had been on the same team from early on, would they still be the Dream, Jordan, and Drexler we remember or would their development and attitude have been restrained in some way? I suspect Dream and Jordan would have been similar, though I doubt Jordan would have scored as much. Drexler would have fallen into sidekick territory I imagine. Anyway, the closest thing we have to that is the Thunder of KD, Westbrook, and Harden and we all saw how that worked out.
I like math just fine and appreciate the improvements to civilization that math made possible, but anything beyond basic fractions is tough for me. I'm a liberal arts guy with a liberal arts mind. A polymath/philomath if you will, but without the maths. So, I'm a poly/philo.
What is the one most shameful act you have committed? What is a deep dark secret that you never have told your wife?
A cop charity cold-called and I said I would contribute, but then I didn't. That I hated every one of the boy names she suggested. Kyle? Steve? No way. Thankfully, we had girls and never had to visit that topic with any seriousness.
Yes. I'll answer questions as long as there are questions or until I get tired of doing it or until I see the same questions over and over, in which case I'll be tired of doing it. (Looking at you Buck T. I'm guessing individual insects is next.)
When I was in 8th grade, we moved into town where there was cable TV. In the country, we only had the Bryan station that was a little fuzzy, a usually decent Channel 2 and 11, and a really fuzzy 13. When we got cable, we were too poor to get any of the extras, but one weekend this new start-up pay channel called HBO had a free weekend. I stayed up late watching and this Lynda (with a Y) Carter movie called "Bobbie Jo and the Outlaw" came on. It was the first time I saw naked breasts on my TV and maybe the first time I had seen them in a movie since I wasn't allowed to go to R ones back then. Anyway, Lynda Carter made an impression on my young mind that I never forgot. Gal is damn fine, but, thanks to Bobbie Jo, it will only ever be Lynda Carter for me.
If left with no other choices, Pepsi is the easy pick. However, when it comes to sugary carbonated beverages, I'm a Dr. Pepper man.
