It's not unusual to see that in Asia at all. In fact in Xinjiang province in China and parts of India it's not unusual to see men holding hands as well.
in the netherlands girls of the same age can also hold hands, there is nothing strange about that (guys however never hold hands). It is a sign of friendship. One question for you guys, do american people kiss on the mouth if they are good friends(and oposite gender)?I have seen that happening, and i was wondering if it is normal.
ok thanks, in the netherlands kissing three times on the cheek is normal,(if one of the two people is female, guys just shake hands with each other).
not unusual at all... in other cultures, its not unusual for men or women to kiss on the cheeks when they meet either, but over here, that would be signs of major homosexuality (well atleast in highschool) I find it pretty wierd when ppl hold hands when they walk, man and women or 2 of the same sex, either way, i mean it messes up the swing of your arms...
