the worst part was the anarchy symbols that she has incorporated as her logo (the letter "a" in a circle). but than again, it was such a lame and non-punk thing to do that maybe it was actually more punk than punk could be? rage against the machine ashley, you little non-conformist you. i dont feel sorry for her. she got off on everyone. its obvious that she wasnt lip-synching this time wasnt it? absolutely awful. the person i feel sorry for is the dumbass who booked her for the halftime show. they should loose their job over this. unless the majority of the audience is 12 year old girls they did a crappy job of picking entertainment that viewers would actually like. they should have gotten something that rocked like kiss or aerosmith or motley crue (but forbid them from doing that horrible new ballad).

I remmeber the AOL pick a song thing at the Rockets game this year when they showed her song everyone in the placed booed just as loud as they cheered for the winning song...it was hilarious.

That is actually not true...but since you are talking about the kids who put the symbol on their notebooks, then you are right as to what they mean. The symbol itself, however, goes back to the 19th century and stands for the slogan "anarchy is order, government is chaos." A in an O.
