They have over 8,900 new cases today so far, and all of their counties haven't reported yet.

Wait for Texas and California to report as well.

Tbh, quarantine being the new normal after 3+ months is a mental health disaster. Even if some people are breaking it doesn't mean everyone is.

If essential workers are becoming sicker, it's the bottled up workers growing crazier on the inside.

We're slowly growing more and more nuts with no end in sight.

True, but Texas has more people than Florida and California has twice as many. Florida's numbers are crazy high.

On Thursday, Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey pleaded with Arizonans to stay home. On Tuesday, Ducey attended Trump's Phoenix rally with 3,000 Trump supporters. None of those supporters were social distancing. Few wore masks. Thats because letting trump have his campaign rallies is more important that Arizonians lives to their republican governor...

Arizona reports more than 3,400 additional COVID-19 increases day after Ducey pleads for Arizonans to stay home

    Somebody Duce-something!

Maybe instead of pleading with Arizonans Governor Doug can get on the line with his state's leadership and get them to issue some orders or make some laws!

    Newsom rolling back re-openings.
“We’ve seen 56,000 new cases just in the past 14 days. “That’s over a quarter of the [then] total 195,000 cases identified so far."
Main causes....Protesting, holiday gatherings, complacency stemming from success of earlier lockdowns, workplace reopenings, businesses opening too soon

Masks are vital but not a magic bullet.

We peeked at the answers other countries did and ignored the hardest parts...widespread wholesale testing, tracing, quarantine.

Social isolation is becoming mentally, economically, and politically untenable.

This should not be a partisan issue, but it is because the weakest links have to agree to the common good for the policies to work. Somewhat ****ed up Game Theory but if you don't mask, my masking does not matter in the long run. If you don't quarrantine, it doesn't matter how much I stay at home in the long run.

If I have nothing to lose, why should I be the sucker?

Can we just let the MAGAs have their own country? Give them the former confederate states and maybe Idaho and they can leave the rest of us alone.
