Tbh, quarantine being the new normal after 3+ months is a mental health disaster. Even if some people are breaking it doesn't mean everyone is. If essential workers are becoming sicker, it's the bottled up workers growing crazier on the inside. We're slowly growing more and more nuts with no end in sight.
True, but Texas has more people than Florida and California has twice as many. Florida's numbers are crazy high.

We peeked at the answers other countries did and ignored the hardest parts...widespread wholesale testing, tracing, quarantine. Social isolation is becoming mentally, economically, and politically untenable. This should not be a partisan issue, but it is because the weakest links have to agree to the common good for the policies to work. Somewhat ****ed up Game Theory but if you don't mask, my masking does not matter in the long run. If you don't quarrantine, it doesn't matter how much I stay at home in the long run. If I have nothing to lose, why should I be the sucker?
Can we just let the MAGAs have their own country? Give them the former confederate states and maybe Idaho and they can leave the rest of us alone.
